Roasted meatloaf with soy sauce
By JeffBorer
It's a simple little barbecue roll. If you don't have smoked meat strips and poodle rolls, you can use five-flowered pork cut into long slices and small sausage instead.

Steps for Roasted meatloaf with soy sauce

1
It's packaged bacon strips, so you don't have to cut them yourself.
2
Boil some boiling water to boil the soft green onion strips.
3
Squeeze off soft onion strips, wash poodle rolls and bacon strips, drain, and cool hoisin sauce and boiled water. Set aside.
4
Wrap the poodle roll with bacon strips, and tie the soft onion strips lightly with hand. (I stuffed a bean in the middle of the paper to fill in the blank.)
5
Heat the pan over medium heat, with a little oil (the bacon strips are very fat, don't need too much oil), add the meat rolls and fry them over low heat.
6
Pan-fry until golden brown and set aside to control the oil. (The scorched black ones are green onions ~).
7
Stir 1 spoonful of hoisin sauce into half a cup of water.
8
Remove from another pan, pour in the sauce mixing water, add two drops of fresh soy sauce, and bring to a boil.
9
Add the meat rolls, dip them evenly in the sauce and cook until thick. (It's better to add more juice, cover it and simmer for a minute or two to taste it.)
10
After you collect the juice, you can put it on a plate. The color and taste are quite good.Roasted meatloaf with soy sauce Make Tips
It's also very delicious to roll sausages or crispy sausages with pork belly strips. It's very simple to make. I put less juice in. I should just mix a spoonful and a half of seafood sauce with a small cup of water. If the juice is more juice, it can be simmered in the pan for a while to make the sauce more penetrating. You can also use other sauces to make the sauce.
