Steamed grouper
Blue Star grouper is rare in the market. I saw it on sale one day. It was the first time I saw it, so after bargaining with the stall owner, I bought two and went back to try it. The fish are not big, the two add up to less than a catty. However, the meat is really good, tender and delicious, and relatively delicious. Good fish, of course, steamed. It is delicious and original.
