Irish coffee is one of the cocktails, and one of the few hot cocktails.
The first time I drank Irish coffee was in a country bar in a small town in England.
There are all kinds of coffees with alcohol in the bar, and I specially chose Irish coffee.
Bitter coffee, topped with fresh cream and a faint aroma of whisky
Baileys are a fusion of whipped cream and whiskey
So I had the idea of making a frozen version of solid Irish coffee
