My husband is from Inner Mongolia and likes meat, and I like curry very much, so I made curry chicken nuggets. Haha, it's delicious.

Steps for curry chicken

Chop the chicken legs into blocks, wash them and set aside.

Boil boiling water, put the chicken nuggets in and blanch them in 5 layers. Remove the water-controlled water for later use.

When the oil is boiled until the eighth layer is hot, add in the green onions, ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the chicken nuggets that are stir-fried and then pour out the oil, leaving the chicken nuggets and put it on slow fire. The reason is that the chicken nuggets will produce a lot of oil, so pour it out in order not to be too greasy.

Add soy sauce, salt, pepper powder, stir fry, and finally add curry powder and MSG.
