Steps for Steamed sea fish with garlic and black bean sauce

Wash the fish and place it on a plate.

Spread garlic, ginger, and fermented beans on the fish.

Sprinkle with a little pepper and a little salt.

Put it in a pan and steam for six minutes over high heat.

Open the lid and sprinkle chopped green onion onto the fish. Cover the lid and turn off the heat. Simmer for about two minutes, open the lid and pour a little sesame oil on it, take out the plate and serve.
