This tofu is made of soybeans and white vinegar without any additives. You can eat it with confidence, but the first time I made it, I still felt that it was not successful enough.

- soybean 200 grams
- water 1000 ml
- white vinegar appropriate amount
Steps for tofu

Wash the soybeans and soak them overnight. Put it in the cooking machine and add water.

Stir in gear 2 for 50 seconds.

Filter it and filter out the residue.

Pour into a pan and turn on medium heat to slowly bring to a boil. Stir with a spoon at any time to avoid burning the pan.

Cook for about 8 minutes and turn off the heat.

After cooling for 5 minutes, slowly add white vinegar. Stir slowly clockwise and see the clear soup floating on top.

I use an electric rice cooker steamer, lay a drawer cloth, and pour the ordered soy milk into the steamer drawer.

Cover the steamer cloth.

Put heavy weights on top.

The tofu is ready in two hours.
