The most traditional puff dots. Its strong cream and egg yolk aroma is also very tempting! Add a little extra chocolate to decorate it, and give it a unique flavor, haha! This is another relatively simple tea snack. Because of the addition of chocolate, it is named "Chocolate Cream Egg Yolk Puffs".

Friendly Reminder:
1. The baking time must not be too short, or the cream puffs will collapse after being removed from the oven. The puffs must expand fully in the oven; otherwise, the centers will remain dense, preventing the filling from being piped in. A properly baked puff should be hollow inside to facilitate filling.
2. The chocolate must be melted over a water bath; do not use hot water to mix it directly. If it is too viscous, you may add a tiny amount of cream, but be careful not to add too much, or it will not set.
