Steps for Roasted tilapia with cumin

Ingredients: COOK100 Japanese Teryaki sauce, tilapia, cumin, ginger.

Wash the tilapia, drain the water, and add cooking wine.

Add in COOK100 Japanese Teraki sauce and spread evenly inside and outside.

Put the ginger slices into the fish maw.

Marinate for 3-5 hours.

Oven at 200 degrees C, preheat over heat for 5 minutes, place the marinated tilapia on a roasting net (the roasting net needs to be brushed with oil to prevent sticking), place it in the middle layer of the oven to start baking, and place the baking plate below with tinfoil and oil.
