Hand-held platoon

Hand-held platoon
Hand-made steak is one of the most popular snacks in our food stall.
Especially in summer, three or five friends order a hand-picked steak and crayfish, which is a good dish to go with wine.
The meat of the stewed steak is tender, rich in sauce flavor, and not greasy at all. Just holding it with your hands makes it even more enjoyable.

Buy fresh chops, but frozen pork chops are not delicious. You can't put any old brine without it, and you can use half a bottle of brine juice to taste as good. If you like the spicy heat, add more peppers. Taste whatever you want. After fishing it out, brush it with some sesame oil. First, the large rows are beautiful in color, and second, the meat will not be very dry when eaten cold.
