It's really crispy. You can eat it directly with the shell without peeling the shell at all. It's crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It's really delicious.

Steps for Crispy shrimp

Cut off the shrimps and shoot them.

Marinate the shrimp with cooking wine, salt, pepper, and paprika powder for about 10 minutes. Chop ginger, garlic, and chilli to set aside.

String the shrimps with bamboo sticks for about 10 minutes. Before using bamboo sticks, you should use boiling water to perch them. There is no bamboo stick to omit this step.

Heat a large teaspoon of oil in the pan. The oil temperature should be higher. Add ginger, garlic, and pepper to fry until fragrant. Then add shrimp skewers and fry.

Fried shrimp slices become crispy.

After frying, remove and control the oil, sprinkle with some pepper powder, paprika powder, and cumin. You can add your favorite condiments according to your own taste, or you can sprinkle with salt and pepper to turn into salt-pepper shrimp.
