I like the taste of sausages very much, so I made a lot of sausages last winter, which can satisfy my cravings when I miss it.

Steps for Sausage and cauliflower

Wash the sausage, steam it, and slice it.

Wash the cauliflower and cut into blocks.

Wash the shallots and cut them into chopped green onions.

Put the edible oil in the pan and heat it, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry it until fragrant, add the cauliflower, stir fry it, and add appropriate amount of edible salt.

Add the chopped sausage when the cauliflower is half-cooked.

When the hardness is right, add the chicken essence and stir well.
