chive cake
This is a home-made cake that we should all make at home here. It's just that although the one I made looks worse than the take-out one, it's still nutritious. The flour is wheat grown by my aunt and grinds it myself.

Steps for chive cake

1
Take the flour and place it in a basin, pour in hot water while stirring the flour. The dough is three-fifths of the whole flour.
2
Mix the remaining dry flour with cold water, cover, and wake for an hour.
3
Pick and wash the shallots.
4
Cut into chopped green onion, preferably finely.
5
Soak the dough with dry flour and knead well.
6
Rub into long strips and cut into doses.
7
Roll it into a long strip of dough.
8
Sprinkle with edible salt, brush with edible oil, and add chopped green onion.
9
Pinch the sides and roll them up.
10
Fold both sides in half.
11
The side that is folded in half should be pressed flat and rolled out flat.
12
I rolled it into small cakes.
13
Preheat the electric cake pan, brush with oil, and add the green embryos.
14
Fry lightly, then turn over.
15
After the electric baking pan is steaming, cut off the power, cover the lid, and stop for three minutes. Then open the lid, turn it over and stop for another three minutes.
16
Very fragrant.
