Tofu is made by concentrating and solidifying soy milk. It has a high calcium content and is also called "fitness tofu". It is peaceful in nature and has the effects of replenishing deficiency and moistening dryness, clearing lung and phlegm. Tofu also contains minerals and vitamins, with high nutritional value. Home-made tofu is actually very simple. It is just to directly pour boiled soy milk into the dissolved lactone, and after letting it sit still, it is basically made. Steps for Home-made tofu

Dip hair: Soak the dried soybeans for one night, then wash the soybeans.

Pour the pulp: After the soy milk is cooked, turn off the heat and cool (theoretically 80 to 90 degrees). But in fact, the cooked soy milk is poured directly into a container containing glucose lipids (pour in 10 seconds after summer, pour directly in other seasons).

Solidify: Cover and let the soy milk sit for 15 minutes.
