Steps for Cold seaweed

Wash the kelp and soak it in clear water for more than 2 hours, changing the water every hour.

Roll a piece of seaweed into a tube and cut it into strips 2-3CM wide.

Follow the picture above to make a kelp knot.

Make the seaweed knots, cut the garlic into pieces.

Boil the kelp knots in salted boiling water for 3-5 minutes, remove and drain.

Put the kelp knots in a bowl and add garlic.

Add chopped pepper, soy sauce, and sesame oil, stir well and serve on a plate.
