Steps for Rice roll with purple cabbage

After the rice is cooked, immediately add appropriate amount of sweet and sour rice and mix well, let cool slightly and set aside.

Wash and peel the cucumbers, cut them into long strips and remove the sacs. Remove the ham sausage and cut them into long strips. Beat the eggs and fry them into egg cakes, and cut them into strips for later use.

Lay the roller blind flat and place the seaweed slices on top (smooth side down).

Spread rice evenly on the surface of the seaweed slices, and use a rice spoon to press it slightly to leave a margin of about 3CM.

Line cucumber strips, ham strips and egg strips on the bottom edge.

Roll up the roller blind with both hands and roll it into a roll like a cake roll. Hold the seaweed rice roll firmly with both hands, and then loosen the roller blind.

Finish the remaining seaweed rice rolls as described above.

Use a toothed knife to dip it in cold boiling water, cut off both ends of the seaweed rice roll, and cut it into pieces of the desired thickness. Dip it with Japanese mustard and soy sauce when serving.
