You can't buy duck eggs in Germany.
Mother T has a friend who has two ducks at home. Occasionally I lay eggs, bring them to me, and I am so happy. Salted eggs are particularly popular. Marinate it as soon as you get it.
But the ducks in this family failed to live up to expectations. It was either piqued by a fox or injured by a big bird. The remaining one was still affectionate and finally died of emotion.
So when I get duck eggs, I still get very, very few.
One day, they discovered that they foreigners also pickled salted eggs, using eggs in a different way.
It only takes 2 days to eat it.
It's delicious if you try it.

Steps for salted egg

1
Use an egg needle to make a small hole in the big head of the egg. It will not break easily when cooked this way. Boil the eggs in water that remains open for minutes, then place them in hot water and simmer for 10 minutes to make sure the eggs are overcooked. Rinse the boiled eggs with cold water and remove the shells. Put 2 or 3 into the container, sprinkle with the top layer of dill, add 2 or 3 more, and sprinkle with the next layer of dill. Add all the eggs so, and finally sprinkle with dill.
2
Saute onions in a non-stick pan without oil until they start to burn. Add 250 ml of water to a pan, add onions and all remaining spices, and bring to a boil.
3
Pour the cooked brine into the container so that no air exists after the lid is closed. Cover it while it is hot, and it will naturally be sealed when it cools. Put it in the refrigerator for 2 days and serve.
4
After two days, cut the egg in half.
5
Carefully remove the egg yolks and stir well with a small amount of white wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
6
Replace the seasoned egg yolk into the egg white and press it carefully. Finally, squeeze a little yellow mustard on each egg, and you will be fine.
