Steps for Cold spicy edamame

Cut off the corners of edamame with scissors, wash and control the water.

Add water to the pan and add ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon, and pepper.

Add edamame, add salt, and boil over high heat.

Ten minutes after the pan is boiled, turn off the heat, remove the edamame and control the water.
