stir-fried fresh tofu bamboo with cabbage
My daughter likes fresh tofu bamboo very much and orders this dish every time she goes out to eat. The restaurant gave very little fresh yuba, only a few slices, but it was understandable. Who told it to be more expensive than meat? It's more affordable to make it at home. The fresh yuba sold here is at the same price as the ribs, and it's not cheap.
