Lemon hand-shredded chicken
By RyleighRatke
On the first day I opened the Gourmet Blog, I always wanted to write something. I flipped through the recent photo album and found that only a few dishes from the dinner party the day before had been photographed. Recommend a small summer cold dish that I like to make. It is refreshing, nutritious, and easy to cook.

Steps for Lemon hand-shredded chicken
1
1. Put the chicken legs into the pan and cook them not too soft (the cooking time needs to be determined according to the tender degree of the chicken), just tear them. When cooking, put a little salt in it to taste delicious. (It can also be made from other parts of the chicken. Personally, I think the chicken leg meat tastes good.)2
Remove the cooked chicken legs, let them cool, and tear them into shredded chicken by hand. Friends who like chicken skin can make the chicken and chicken skin stick together.3
Wash the onions and shred them. Personally, I like to eat onions of different thicknesses, and when cutting them, I always cut them in several fineness.4
Put the shredded chicken and chopped onions into a plate, add a proper amount of mashed garlic, salt, and monosodium glutamate, squeeze the lemon juice on the vegetables, add the finely chopped Chongtian peppers, and mix well.5
Finally, you can sprinkle with a little sesame oil, or add a little coriander to enhance the flavor, or as a decoration.
