Steps for birthday cake
1
Separate the egg yolk from the egg white and place it into two containers.2
Add butter to the container holding the egg yolks and stir well with an egg beater.
3
Add baking powder and salt to the flour and stir well, then add to the egg yolk paste, and flip it up and down with a shovel to blend. (In order to prevent the flour from becoming gluten, it is best not to stir in circles)
4
Use an egg beater to beat the egg white until it does not flow. Gradually add white sugar as you whip until the white sugar is completely integrated into the egg white.
5
Add 1/3 of the egg white to the egg yolk paste, still mix well with a shovel. Then add all the egg yolk paste to the remaining egg whites and mix well. Finally add the raisins.
6
Pour the batter into the mold and shake gently to expel the gas. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. To keep the cake moist, I put a glass of water in the oven.
7
Allow the baked cake to cool and turn over and place on a plate. Use a serrated knife to cut the cake into two layers in the middle, then spread a layer of jam on the bottom substrate and cover the top substrate.
8
Collect a container and pour in the cream and beat it with an egg beater. (Gradually add sugar during this process to fully blend it into the cream)9
Divide the cream into two portions, add orange-flavored jelly powder to one portion and mix well, place it into two preservation bags respectively, and cut a small cut at one end of the preservation bag. Send the cream to the cake substrate to shape it.
10
Finally, add chocolate and grapes, with oranges being the most decorated.
