I bought 4 stalks of corn in the past few days, boiled 2 stalks for my baby to eat, and there are still 2 stalks of waxy ones left, so I can stir-fry them and eat them.

Steps for Salt and pepper corn

Peel all the corn and wash it. Dice the carrots and the corn together in boiling water for 5 minutes, remove and drain. Dice the ham sausage, cut the green onion and ginger into fine pieces.

Hot pan and stir-fry chives and ginger in hot oil.

Pour in the drained corn and diced carrots.

Stir fry for 1 minute and then add diced ham sausage.

Stir all well and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Add a small amount of salt, salt and pepper, sprinkle with shallot and serve.
