Steps for Ginger tomato

Soak the young tomatoes in salt water and clean them.

Use a fruit knife to cut everything in half.

Put it on a plate.

Cut some shredded ginger.

Put appropriate amount of sugar and shredded ginger into the pan.

Add a little water to bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour the boiled ginger juice into a bowl and cool naturally, add some white vinegar.
