Matuan
Matuan, a snack I ate more when I was a child, is made of glutinous rice flour, sugar, lard and water, kneaded into shape, and fried in a frying pan. Because it has a round shape and is covered with sesame seeds, it is named Ma Tuan. Nowadays, people advocate healthy eating, with less oil and salt, so they eat less. However, it still smells very good when eaten by men.

3
Divide the dough into equal amounts, flatten one, wrap it in the bean paste, and knead it into a round ball.
4
Place the kneaded sesame balls in a sesame bowl and roll them a few more times.
5
Make it stick evenly to the sesame seeds, and finally press tightly with your hand to prevent the sesame seeds from falling.

Pour salad oil into the pan, widen it, add sesame balls when it is 60% hot, and fry over low heat for about 15 minutes.
7
During the frying process, the hemp ball must be turned over with a shovel to evenly heat it, and when the hemp ball becomes larger and floats, it will be taken out when it becomes golden yellow.
8
Use a kitchen tissue to suck off excess oil and serve.
