Wash the fresh pork tendons and cut them into small pieces. Cut each into about four pieces, and cut white radish into small pieces. Heat the oil, add shredded ginger and shredded garlic, and then add the chopped pork tendon, stir-fry, then add some cooking wine, soy sauce, and a little sugar.2
Put the stir-fried ingredients and radish into the pot, add a small bowl of water, cover, and cook over low heat for 40 minutes.
