Steps for Braised quail eggs

Rinse the quail eggs with water, boil in the pan, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, let cool, peel and set aside.

Cut carrot, green pepper, potato into slices, slice ginger, peel garlic.

Heat the oil in the pan and saute the ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Pour in the quail eggs, carrot, and potatoes and stir-fry.

Add sweet flour paste, soy sauce, salt, and pepper, stir well, add half a bowl of water to just flood the ingredients, and bring to a boil. Change to medium to medium heat.

Add green peppers and stir fry for a few times after the juice is collected.
