My children all love to eat pot rice, especially cured rice. My daughter, who usually doesn't like to eat, can eat a full bowl. Needless to say, my son will eat. If we don't stop him, he will feel so full that his stomach hurts. The earthen pot at home finally cracked. Recently, my mother-in-law has been forgetting everything and likes to cook this and that at night. There were two gas leaks this week.(My mother-in-law turned off the gas stove switch upside down. I don't understand why gas stoves in the United States don't have leak-proof devices?) Fortunately, I woke up every time and quickly opened the doors and windows for ventilation, otherwise the consequences would be unimaginable. Now lg prohibits mother-in-law from cooking at night. Without the earthen pot, let's just use an electric rice cooker. We can still cook delicious cured rice.
The cured ducks and bacon are dried by themselves and can be eaten with confidence.

Steps for cured pot rice

1
Peel the cured duck and cut it into small pieces. (My cured duck is too fat. There is a thick layer of fat under the skin. I was afraid of seeing it, so I peeled it off.)
2
Wash the white rice, add the right amount of water, spread it with cured ducks, press the rice button, and start cooking.
3
Slice sausage and bacon for later use.
4
Cut the green onions into chopped green onions and set aside.
5
When the rice is almost dry, add the sausage and bacon and continue cooking.
6
After the cooking button jumps, sprinkle with chopped green onion, quickly mix the rice well, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
7
Prepare sweet soy sauce (pot rice soy sauce).
8
Mix it with soy sauce when eating and you can start eating.
