Steps for Korean kimchi

1
Chinese cabbage all four. Soak in cold boiled salt water for 6- 8 hours, put on heavy weight, I really can't find anything, put on bucket.
2
Half a white radish, a small handful of leeks, half an onion, half an apple, and half a pear (shredded above). Small sections of coriander, three or four shallots, a small piece of ginger, a head of garlic (mash), and a small handful of dried shrimp.
3
Method of one and a half bowls of chili powder, one bowl of Korean fish sauce, and one bowl of glutinous rice paste: Half a bowl of glutinous rice paste are boiled while stirring over low heat, and the juice is collected into a paste ~ Stir the chili powder and fish sauce evenly, then add the glutinous rice paste, fruits and vegetables, stir well.
4
Remove the soft cabbage and rinse it with cold boiling water. Control the water with the heart of the cabbage facing down.
5
Prepare disposable gloves and evenly apply the mixed seasoning on each vegetable leaf.6
Because I love spicy food so much, I chose to use my own dried red peppers. Friends who don't like spicy food can go to the supermarket to buy the kind of chili powder specially made to make kimchi.
