Steps for seaweed egg roll

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add the roasted seaweed, pepper powder, sweet potato powder, and appropriate amount of water, stir well, and leave for a few minutes.

Add a small amount of oil to the pan, pour the egg liquid into it, and slowly roll it up from one end with a wooden shovel and chopsticks when it is slightly solidified.

After serving it, use a knife to cut it into pieces, or leave it uncut. Drizzle or sprinkle in your favorite sauce, such as salt and pepper or ketchup or sweet chili sauce. It's quite delicious. It can be used as breakfast or as a small dish for banquets.
