When I was a child, my mother would put beans, potatoes and other vegetables together, put meat or ribs, and stew them together. Every time, it would be a different dish, and it would be served with corn bean flour and pancakes. The family gathered together, eating random stews and cakes, and drinking millet porridge. It felt really good. Now I think about it, it still smells good.
All these random stews are traditional dishes that have always been reserved by the family, and are also often eaten. Today, I will share it with you and hope everyone likes it!

Steps for Home-cooked stew

1
Peel potatoes, shred beans, peel carrots, wash eggplants, and pepper for later use.
2
Soak the chicken in cold water to remove the blood.
3
Blanch the soaked chicken in water and set aside.
4
Peel the eggplant and cut it into hob pieces, cut the peppers into diamond-shaped pieces, cut the onions into rings, and shred or slice the onions and ginger.
5
Break the beans into inches with water.
6
Cut potatoes and carrots into hob pieces and wash with water.
7
Heat the pan to cool the oil, add pepper, aniseed, and cinnamon to fry until fragrant.
8
Add the chicken and stir-fry.
9
Stir fry until the moisture in the chicken itself is basically gone. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and soy sauce (the ratio of soy sauce to soy sauce is 2:1) and stir fry.
10
Stir fry evenly and remove from the pan for later use.
11
Add a little oil in another pan, heat 60% and add onions and ginger to fry until fragrant.
12
Add the beans and carrots and stir fry.
13
Add the potatoes after the beans change color.
14
Stir fry the potatoes a few times and add the chicken nuggets and stir fry.
15
Stir fry for a few times and put in water, not to finish the vegetables. Bring to a boil and turn to a low heat.
16
When the water is running out, add onions, pepper and salt to cover the pan when the vegetables are cooked.
17
Add chicken essence after 1 minute and stir fry well.
18
Just take it out of the pot and put it on a plate and stew it!
