Maotai-flavored Zi ginger has the characteristics of rich sauce aroma, slightly spicy and sweet, crispy and tender. It is a common home-cooked dish in Sichuan cuisine. Zi ginger has the effects of dispelling cold, strengthening the spleen, promoting appetite for meals, and removing phlegm and water.

Steps for Maotai-flavored ginger

Unpack instant ginger, wash and cut into strips; wash and cut into chopped green onions.

Put the pan on fire and pour 2 tablespoons sesame oil to heat.
