Steps for Xiangxiang mashed potatoes

Wash potatoes and steam.

Cut the wolfberry into smaller pieces.

Peel the steamed potatoes; put them in a fresh-keeping bag, and press them into mud with a rolling pin. I prefer the thinner ones to press them several times and the thicker ones to press them less. I like the thicker ones, so I haven't crushed them completely.
