Steps for mustard jelly

Put the mustard powder in a bowl and mix it with boiling water to make a paste. Remove it from water and cool for later use.

Cut the cucumber into thick shreds; slice the jelly into slices and cut into wide shreds.

Add salt, chicken essence, vinegar, and sesame oil to the cooled mustard and stir well into a sauce.

Blanch the jelly with boiling water and cool it, add shredded cucumber, mix well, place it on a plate, and pour the juice on it.

Mix well and serve.
