Foreword: I just like to cook and think about it myself, so I'm not very clear about the quantity. I studied abroad, so many conditions were inconvenient, so I just fooled and registered for a long time. It has always been in the "latent" status. Hey hey, please forgive me for the first log.
I ate this oily paste in a store during the summer vacation. I ate too much, so I went home and tried it, and the taste was almost the same, so I fell in love with this pasta dish.

Steps for oil sprinkled noodles
1
Ingredient introduction: Noodles (I can't help it, but it's better to use the wide and thin noodles before eating) Vegetables (I use rapeseed, but usually when I don't buy rapeseed, I use soybean sprouts) Garlic (I use three cloves because the oil will be very fragrant when sprinkled) Chili noodles (I bought a mixture of spicy and non-spicy ones, which will not be particularly spicy, but the red oil will be very beautiful) Vinegar soy sauce, salt and sugar2
1. Put water in the pan and fire to prepare for boiling the noodles. You can also wash some vegetables. 2. Take a bowl and put vinegar, soy sauce, salt, sweet and sour. It has more than soy sauce. 3. Beat the garlic and chop it into minced garlic. 4. Don't cook the noodles for too long, otherwise it will not taste good. Add vegetables (in fact, it will be cooked after scalding and the color is beautiful)3
5. Pass through cold water (If you like to eat cold noodles, you can eat cold noodles more than a few times. It will be good to mix the noodles later.) 6. Find a bowl to drain the water and put the minced garlic and pepper on top of it. 7. Take a spoon and open fire and cook it dry (My spoon is made of metal. If you don't like to cook spoons, you can use a frying pan. However, I personally feel that it's more expensive. I usually use a spoon for cold dishes as long as you cook oil.) Add some oil, as long as you can pour the [Minced Garlic and Chili]. That's enough (you can pile the two pieces in piles so that you can add less oil and pour it all over)
