Hot waist nuggets is a traditional Sichuan cuisine. Its main ingredient is pork waist, or pig kidney. It contains protein, fat, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron and vitamins. It has the effect of strengthening the kidney, nourishing the waist, and regulating the kidney.
