The reason why this cake is called a gorgeous version of mousse is because I added as many ingredients as I wanted in the middle, a layer of Oreos, a layer of chestnuts and chopped cranberries, a layer of fresh strawberries, and a layer of matcha mousse...
The taste is rich, silky and sweet. My own DIY needs that gorgeous and beautiful reality, hehe ~~~
