Steps for Mustard fish soup

Wash and dry the sea fish and put them in a frying pan.

Fry one side until golden brown, turn over and continue frying on the other side, while also adding shredded ginger.

Then add a large bowl of water and bring to a boil.

When the soup is boiled until cream white, add the miso soup pieces and continue cooking.

After the soup pieces have melted, put the mustard greens into pieces and cook over high heat.
