Steps for Dry fried silver needle fish

Salted silver needle fish 200g.

Chili powder, cumin powder.

Soak the salty silver needle fish in clear water for more than 1 hour.

After washing, drain water, add cooking wine, vinegar pickled for 10 minutes, remove fishy smell.
