Steps for Shredded chicken salad

A piece of chicken breast, wash and set aside.

Wash onions, ginger and garlic.

Wash the cucumbers.

Soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar.

Add water into the pan, add the chicken breast, spring onion and ginger slices, cook for 10 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
