Corn flour cake

Corn flour cake
This was the first time I tried making a cake, and I felt quite successful. I didn't put any sugar in it, but maybe because it looked a bit like a cake, my baby loved it!

  • Corn flour cake Make Tips

    1. I use white flour: the ratio of corn flour is 1:1. If the ratio of white flour is increased, the taste will be better. My taste will be relatively rough. 2. I used red bean water that was left over from boiling red beans. It felt quite nutritious, so I used it. 3. Put a layer of gauze in the mold or brush a layer of oil before putting the dough to facilitate the final demoulding. 4. After steaming, start the pot immediately and remove the mold-this is the difference from steaming steamed buns. 5. The decoration on the top is arbitrary. If you put less sugar in the dough, the taste will be better.
