Steamed chicken with red pepper

This is half of the leftover salty chicken leg. Anyway, when you want to eat it, you have to warm it before you can eat it. So I added some ingredients casually to form a different way of eating.

Steps for Steamed chicken with red pepper

Ingredients: Salted chicken coriander, green onion, red pepper, ginger

Cut the coriander, spring onion and ginger and place on a plate.

Cut the salted chicken into pieces and place it in (2).

Add the remaining coriander, green onion and ginger to the chicken meat.

Add chopped red peppers and peppercorns.

Bring to a boil over high heat, boil off and place into the pan.

Cover and steam for about 10 minutes.

Remove and add appropriate amount of soy sauce and mix well.

Cover and steam for another 2 minutes.
