Wash the ribs and cut them.

Add all seasonings and marinate for more than two hours.

Wrap the marinated ribs with flour well.

The oil heats up.

When the oil temperature is 30 to 40%, add the ribs and fry them. Deep-fry them over low heat and remove them.
