Wash the loofah first.

Scrape off the skin.

Cut into hob pieces for later use.

Chop the garlic into pieces.

Knock the eggs into a bowl and beat well.

Put oil in the pan, add the eggs and stir fry.

Leave the base oil in the pan, add minced garlic and chopped peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.
