I just made garlic tripe strips, and I left a small piece of pork tripe and added a cucumber to make the [mustard tripe]. It is very refreshing. I eat two tripe, hot and cold, to meet the needs of different flavors.

- cooked pork tripe 1 small piece
- cucumber 1 piece
- coriander 1 small
- small red pepper of 2
- minced garlic appropriate amount
- salt 1/2 teaspoon
- chicken essence 1 teaspoon
- balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon
- sesame oil appropriate amount
- sugar appropriate amount
Steps for mustard belly

Cut the pork belly into thin threads.

Peel and shred the cucumber.

Mix all ingredients.
