Steps for assorted shredded seaweed

1
Boil water in the pan, add shredded seaweed, take out the cold water after one minute, control the water and set aside! (Because I bought cooked shredded seaweed, I don't have to cook it for too long).
2
Cut half of the onion into shredded shallots, shredded red peppers, one diced garlic, three cloves, chopped coriander, cut into small pieces.
3
Put the shredded seaweed and the ingredients in Figure 2 into a small basin, add a little salt and sugar, two spoonfuls of old vinegar, one spoonful of rice vinegar, half a spoonful of June fresh, half a spoonful of oyster sauce, and two spoonfuls of chili oil.
4
Mix well, place on a plate, sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds, and enjoy it with your family. The sour, spicy feeling is really great.
