Fried steamed buns with gold
The weather is very good today. It's really comfortable to get up after 5 a.m. to breathe fresh air. Now I am used to getting up early and then making breakfast for my family. Watching them eat the food I cooked, I still praise it and feel a sense of accomplishment! Hehe. Today, I made golden stir-fried steamed buns and preserved egg ham porridge (an improved version of preserved egg and lean meat porridge, haha, Guoguo likes to eat ham). Here is a brief introduction to the recipe!
Steps for Fried steamed buns with gold

1
Beat the eggs, add a little chopped green onion and a little salt; cut the ham into small slices; dice the cucumber
2
Cut the steamed buns into small pieces of 1 cm square and place them on a plate for later use
3
Put the oil in the hot pan, put the steamed buns in the pan on low heat and stir-fry them for a while longer. The small steamed buns will be crispy. Pour in the beaten eggs and continue to stir-fry the small steamed buns until each small steamed bun is wrapped in golden egg liquid.
4
Finally, add the cucumber and ham to stir-fry, and you can serve on the plate and serve it out of the pan!
