I like both Shaozi noodles and Shaozi noodles very much. I used to eat these for breakfast every day at home. This is also a characteristic of Sichuan. When the noodles are cooked, you splash the prepared rice dumplings on the noodles. The red soup head will give you an appetite at a glance. However, since they married to Guangdong, no one in the family has eaten much noodles. Even if they eat noodles, they will only eat soup noodles. They will cook everything in one pot, or they will eat fried noodles. They miss the taste of their hometown, especially Shaozi noodles. I can't eat it anymore, so try making it yourself. We can't do the complex one, so we can make a simple one.

Steps for Shaozi noodles

Wash the celery and chop it with the leaves.
