Cut pork into large slices and marinate with thirteen spices, soy sauce, white sugar, sesame oil, and corn flour for more than half an hour.
2
Pour more vegetable oil into the pan than usual, and fry the marinated pork over medium heat. (Oil doesn't have to be better than pork)
3
Fry one side until golden brown and reverse fry the other side.
4
Fry both sides until golden brown and set aside.
5
Only a little base oil is left in the pan. After heating, add the ginger and garlic.

When the ginger and garlic are stir-fried, pour into half a cup of tomato juice.
7
Add two spoonfuls of white sugar, a little water, pepper, and chicken essence and cook until thick and drizzle on the fried meat. Serve.
