Steps for Pork floss and ham sausage bun

1
Add all ingredients except butter to the bread maker and stir for 20 minutes.
2
Add the butter cut into small pieces and continue to stir for 20 minutes.
3
Remove the dough and beat it about 100 times, round it, place it in a container for basic fermentation.
4
Allow the dough to ferment to 2.5 times the size (about 1.5 hours).
5
After the dough is fermented, take out the dough and exhaust it, divide it into 70 grams of dough, knead it separately, cover it with plastic wrap and let stand for 15 minutes.
6
Prepare ham sausage and meat floss (I make my own meat floss).
7
After letting the dough stand, take a small dough, roll it into a long oval shape with a rolling pin, and turn it over.
8
Lay a layer of meat floss on the surface first, and place a ham sausage on the bottom edge.
9
Roll the ham sausage into a roll, pinch the ends tightly, rub the bread blank a little more tightly, and discharge it into a baking sheet covered with oil paper.
10
Operate the remaining dough as above to make bread blanks and place them into a baking sheet.
11
Put a bowl of boiling water under the oven, send the bread embryo into the oven, and ferment again (about 40 minutes).
12
After fermentation, take out the bread embryo, brush the surface with a layer of egg liquid, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, put it into a preheated oven at 180 degrees, the middle layer, heat up and down, and bake for 20 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
