This seven-egg version of Qi Feng is my favorite recipe. The finished product can really be torn with your hands to create a 'soft feeling like a cloud'

Whisk egg yolks with 50g sugar well, add salad oil and fresh milk and mix well

Use a 650W electric rice cooker. Press the 'Heat' button, jump to 'Keep warm', and hold warm for half an hour first, then press 'Heat' and hold warm for another half an hour, then press the 'Heat' button, and wait for the jump.
