I am a real rookie when cooking, but because I have raised a picky little baby, I have to change ways to cook delicious food for her, hoping to fatten her up, hehe.
A while ago, in order to make ice cream for my baby, I asked her father to buy light cream. In the end, he bought me a one-liter bottle, which made me worried... I made ice cream three times, mango, chocolate, and matcha flavors. I also made cream beef and tomato soup. Today, I wanted to finish the rest, and I would be ruined if I didn't finish it. At noon, I made a mashed potato and added a lot of cream. But it was still left, so I thought about making a pudding for my baby.
I don't have much experience, so I didn't want to take photos until I finished it. It doesn't look good to sell it, I'm ashamed...

Steps for custard pudding

1
Use 30 grams of cold boiled water to melt 10 grams of white jelly and stir as much as possible.
2
160 grams of boiling water, add 15 grams of fine granulated sugar, and stir until it is fully melted.3
Slowly add the jelly water in 1, stirring while adding.
4
Wait until the water cools a little, slowly add 200ML of whipped cream, while adding 3 grams of vanilla powder, stirring while adding.5
Divide the cream pudding into small portions. I use a small glass bowl to fill it and refrigerate it in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours.
6
Remove the custard pudding and evenly sprinkle cocoa powder on the surface. Those who like the flavor of matcha can sprinkle with matcha powder. The brown one on the picture is cocoa powder, the green one is matcha powder, and the white one is vanilla powder. I bought the powder in a local bakery and replaced it in my own fresh-keeping bag when I came back.
